The Simple Things In Life That Can Make You Feel So Good
"This was a writing done by my nana about 15 years ago, in 2002. She sent me it and I thought it might go well with what we’re working towards. So I just wanted to share it."

taking a warm bubble bath or a long hot shower.
lying in bed listening to the rain outside.
having a really interesting conversation.
taking a drive on a lovely day on a pretty road.
hearing your favorite song on the radio.
having someone tell you that you're beautiful.
finding that the sweater you want is on sale for half price.
no lines at the checkout.
enjoying a frosty milkshake - (your favorite flavor of course).
an unexpected long distance phone call.
spending time with good friends.
taking a leisurely walk on the boardwalk.
finding a $20 bill in your coat pocket from last winter.
baking chocolate chip cookies.
riding the best roller coaster over and over.
playing with a new puppy or kitten.
daydreaming about your fondest memories.
swinging on a swing.
holding hands with someone you care about.
watching the sunrise or the sunset.
using a warm bath towel - that just came out of the dryer.
getting out of bed in the morning and being thankful for another beautiful day.
These simple pleasures can be the friends that guide you through the tough times, when your wings have trouble remembering how to fly.
